Andromeda Ocean Estates, a luxury gated beach community in Pedasi Panama. Thank you for your interest in our project and thanks in advance for reading this somewhat lengthy Blog! Because we are in the first phase of sales, prices for a brand new home on a 1/4 acre lot with stunning ocean views start in the low $200,000′s! We are currently selling home lots in Phase 1 (of 3 phases).
The infrastructure in Phase 1 is nearing completion and our first homes will be delivered by June/July, 2010. In total the community will feature a little over 200 homes spread over 100 acres of walking trails, sporting courts, lakes and streams. The focal point of the entire development will of course be the beach club, with its giant pool, restaurant and bar set on our 1.2 kilometer-long semi-private beach.
Lots in the project are generously sized, starting at around 1/4 acre with much larger lots available. Because of the gently sloping topography of our property, all but a handful of lots are either beachfront or have ocean views (please see the attached picture: “view from back lot” to see the “worst” view we have! Mallol and Ronald Zurcher, two of the most well-respected and prolific architects in Central America, have contributed stunning home designs that our owners can choose from to build their dream homes in this Pacific paradise. Subject to our architects’ approval, our owners can also design their own homes within the property.
Pedasi Real Estate offers a beautiful town on the Azuero Peninsula about 4 hours drive or 40 minutes flight west from Panama City on the Pacific Ocean. This area is known as the “Tuscany of the Americas” because its green, rolling hills and beautiful coastline remind many of that part of Italy. The area is also known for its friendly people, famous festivals, great beaches, fishing, surfing, diving and all sorts of other outdoor activities. We would like your visit to Pedasi, Panama to be arranged as soon as possible. Upon arrival, we will be your Host for your stay Pedasi. We would like you to stay a minimum of 1 day, and maximum of 3 days. In this way we will have time to cover all of the important aspects of Pedasi, Azuero.

These rates are “low season”, single accommodation rates and will go up from December to April. High season rates apply for November festivities (First and last weekend of the month).
